Founded by Emma Dogliani, ELMO exists to create innovative and accessible Opera involving all communities making the best in Opera available to all.
Since 1990, ELMO (initially under the name of New London Opera) has mounted four full operatic productions with orchestra, four charity gala concerts and three song recitals in East London venues.
ELMO is a project-based organisation which has made a great success of each of the projects it has previously created, in part because they happen every two or three years, and we can call upon artists to commit to them with great energy, alongside their own regular and usual commitments.
